They didn’t have what I ordered. I asked them to just make a comparable arrangement. Paid $100 and the arrangement looked cheap and ugly. Just hope my 94 year old Grandma doesn’t receive damaged, broken ones by the time it arrives. It’s already early in the evening and I’m not sure it’ll even get to her. I want the tip money back, at the very least.

Unfortunately this was a horrible experience, flower was not fresh, and I did talk to them about 2 times and nothing was changed the flower looks nothing like online description. Won’t be returning or recommending them. This was $106 for this quality of flowers.

I placed the order online the night before. Next morning, I got the confirmation and I got a picture of what it looked like before it was sent. The process was SO EASY and fast and my mom absolutely loved her birthday flowers.
